This tea is post-fermented after several different preparation steps and is traditionally from the Yunnai province in China. The large leaves of the tea bush are often picked from the Camellia taliensis tea bush. The taste is very rich and intense. Pu Erh tea is also often used to form pressed "tea cakes" of different shapes.
