INSTRUCTIONS

2. Cut the red cabbage and carrot into slices of suitable size. Also slice the chili and herbs.
3. Divide the red cabbage, carrots and lettuce leaves over the ribs. Roll into tight rolls. If there is time, let the rissoles rest for at least 15 minutes.
4. Cut the riska in half and decorate with your desired herbs and thin slices of chili. Serve and enjoy!
