Earl Gray is a black tea originally imported from China, which is now produced all over the world. Earl Gray tea is made by adding oil from the bergamot fruit to the tea leaves.

The tea is named after the Prime Minister of Great Britain, Earl Charles Gray II. He was the first to bring this tea to England after returning from his adventurous trip to China.
